Redesigning a circular e-commerce platform end to end
Led the full UX/UI redesign of a Norwegian sustainable refill service: checkout, subscriptions, delivery tracking, onboarding, and the return experience. Quintupled conversion within the core customer loop while helping expand the product from B2C to B2B.
