Led the full UX/UI redesign of a Norwegian sustainable refill service — checkout, subscriptions, delivery tracking, onboarding, and the return experience — quintupling conversion within the core customer loop while helping expand the product from B2C to B2B.

Researched, designed and shipped an Add-Ons discovery page to increase integration adoption — reducing CSM effort and improving discoverability for customers.
